Terms & Conditions

  1. Please do not accept parcels that are unsealed or visibly damaged.

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) customers are not allowed to open parcels before making payment.

  3. For any defect or issue with your parcel, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

  4. Complaints made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

  5. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Shonen Shelves, we do not offer returns or exchanges by default. However, in exceptional cases—such as receiving a defective item or incorrect product—we may offer a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Share images of the product(s) clearly showing the issue.

  • If the claim is found to be valid, we will process a refund or exchange accordingly.

  • Please note that The Book Kingdom does not provide cash refunds. Refunds are issued through IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer) or cheque only.

Refund Timeline & Charges

  • Refunds are processed within 15–30 days, depending on the case.

  • Refunds below PKR 1,500 will be issued as online store coupons, valid for 60 days.

  • Refunds above PKR 1,500 will be transferred to your bank account.

  • A refund processing fee of PKR 250 will be charged for all refund cases, including order cancellations and out-of-stock items.

Refund/Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  1. The product must be repacked properly with the original invoice/receipt, and returned within 3 working days.

  2. The item must be unused, in original condition, and have the price tag attached.

  3. Once our team has inspected and approved the item, the refund or exchange will be processed.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before it is processed by calling us during business hours:
    Mon–Sat (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • After shipment, the Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

Note:
Shonen Shelves reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

  • Product being out of stock

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment failures or declined transactions
